The Action aims at subsidizing SMEs to create or upgrade an e-shop in order to support their operation during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), with the aim of enhancing their degree of digital integration and transformation. As a result, the Αction aims to minimize overcrowding in indoor spaces and ensure SMEs' economic continuity.

The Public Expenditure of the Action is co-financed by National Resources and the European Union and in particular by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the Operational Program "Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (EPANEK)" of the NSRF 2014-2020.
Medium, small and very small companies operating in the retail sector, which maintain a physical store, and their operation has been suspended for at least one day from Wednesday, 18/03/2020 onwards.
Existing, which have been established until 30/09/2019
Newly established, which have been established from 01/10/2019 onwards, until the date of the announcement of the Action.
Up to 5.000 euros for each company with a distinct VAT number for the acquisition of IT equipment and the implementation of intangible actions (software/services) in order to develop and manage an online store.
Up to 1.500 euros for an online store upgrade if the company already had it before 18/3/2020.
