EquiFund is an investment platform with a multiplier effect on the economy and society. It is an innovative product for entrepreneurship, which combines funding and experience from important institutions and the necessary flexibility to create successful investments.

Budget

The EquiFund investment platform with a total capital of over 300 million euros, offers innovative financial opportunities for innovative business ideas.

The EquiFund investment platform is funded by 200 million euros from EPANEK, 60 million euros from the European Investment Fund (EIF), 40 million euros from the European Investment Bank – resources from European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) and institutional and private investors. By leveraging additional funds from institutional and private investors, the initiative has reached 450 million euros in available resources.

Investment windows

The management is carried out by the European Investment Fund (EIF) and through the selected Funds - business participation companies, EquiFund invests in companies in different stages of development with specialized "investment windows".

Innovation window

It supports business ideas that are in the phase of technology transfer and / or business acceleration, which present development dynamics and business exploitation potential.

Early Stage window

It concerns startups in their first steps, with high growth prospects.

Growth window

It concerns existing companies that are already in the development stage and need further funding to expand their operations.
