The main objective of the Action is to strengthen integrated structures of emerging and / or existing clusters.  The structures will be implemented by entities with experience in supporting innovation and healthy entrepreneurship. The Action also aims to develop and utilize innovative high value-added products and services with international recognition and a high degree of competitiveness. Innovation Cluster companies can use innovative technologies, innovative production processes (process level), administrative / organizational innovation (system level) and more.

"Facilitators" is the legal entity managed by the Innovation Cooperative Foundation and may be a public research / technology body, business, legal entity or private/public sector legal entity.

Action budget: amounts to 5.3 million Euros

Rate of Subsidy: from 50% to 65%, based on Article 27 EC. 651/2014.

Alternatively it may be 100% with the use of Regulation (EU) No. 1407/2013 De minimis.

Date for submissions is Friday 10.01.2020 at 14.00.
